Refund Policy

Refund of Tuition and Fees (Fall and Spring Only)

The term “refund” is defined as a reduction of total charges as a result of a student’s withdrawal or drop below full-time. A full-time student who drops below 12 undergraduate hours or 9 graduate hours, or a part-time student who drops a class may obtain a refund of University tuition and certain course- related fees as follows:

1st day of classes through 10th day……………………………………………….100%
11th day of classes through end of semester……………………………………..0%


Refund of Living Expenses (Fall and Spring Only)

A resident student withdrawing from the University is entitled to a refund of room, board, and laundry charges as follows:

1st day of classes through 10th day………………………………………………..75%
11th day of classes through 20th day……………………………………………..50%
21st day of classes through 25th day………………………………………………25%


Refund of Tuition and Fees (Summer Term)

The dates below reflect the day the 100% tuition refund for withdrawal period ends for the summer terms.

Summer One 2024        May 30, 2024

Summer Two 2024        July 8, 2024
