Delta State University has partnered with Flywire to offer an innovative and streamlined way to make international tuition payments. Flywire’s mission is to save international students and their families money that would otherwise be lost on bank fees and unfavorable foreign exchange rates. With Flywire, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. In addition, the posting of the payment into your Delta State University account will be faster, and you will be notified via email when it is received.

Delta State University and Western Union GlobalPay for Students have partnered through TouchNet to provide a convenient way for you to make payments for your tuition and other fees. This allows you to pay in your home currency, either online or by bank transfer, with competitive exchange rates and takes the stress and uncertainty out of paying for your tuition. Delta State does not accept overpayments on student accounts. Please transfer only the amount due on your student account to avoid payment delays.

How to make a payment?

  1. Login to your student portal.
  2. Click on the Student Finances tab.
  3. Click on the link Pay Now via TouchNet.
  4. Click on the button Proceed to TouchNet.
  5. Click on Make Payment.
  6. Select your payment for charges and click Continue.
  7. Choose Bank Wires for domestic or international payments under Select Method.
  8. Select where you’re paying from and who is paying.
  9. Obtain payment instructions.
  10. Complete your student payment online or in-person.
