Registration: Registration for Non-Credit Continuing Education Classes will be held ONLINE.
Cancellation Policy. No refunds are given after the registration deadline has passed, the day before the course meets, the day of the course, or the day after the course has started. If DSU cancels a class for any reason, a full refund will be issued. DSU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone classes, or combine and substitute qualified instructors when necessary.

Summer 2026 ADULT workshops!
Ageless Fitness Class Registration is OPEN
This welcoming, low-impact class is designed for adults of all ages who are ready to move, build strength, and feel better—no experience needed. Ageless Fitness focuses on improving mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall wellness in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Each session includes gentle warm-ups, easy-to-follow strength and balance exercises, and toning to boost energy and confidence. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels, making it perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking for a slower-paced class.
Come as you are and leave feeling stronger, more energized, and empowered to stay active at any age.
Dates: Tuesdays Only Session I : June 2 – 30, 2026 and/or Session II : July 2 – August 4, 2026
Times: 5:45pm
Cost: $50.00 per person/per session
Deadline to Register: May 20, 2026
Please call 662-846-4874 to pay for the session(s). Registration is not considered complete until payment is made in the Office of Continuing Education.
Continuing Education will add more classes for community throughout the semester.

Continuing Education accepts credit card, cash or check payments for all classes. Payment must be received immediately after online registration is received to secure participants spot in the class or workshop.
As of 7/1/2024, Continuing Education will charge a 4% fee for all credit card payments.
