VIRTUAL LEGO Camp 2020 – CLOSED
Students will use our unique lego kits to build a variety of objects. This is a camp of problem solving and risk-taking with a goal of learning and experimenting on how machines and buildings are engineered. The students will learn S.T.E.M. based concepts as they develop architectural and design skills, problem solving, and team building. The importance of simple machines will be reinforced as all key S.T.E.M elements come into play.
Virtual Camp will have 20-30 minute zoom class sessions to teach a lesson daily, instruction manual to follow on your own, communication and progress picture posting through Google Classroom with your camp instructor. All zoom classes will be recorded for later viewing if your child isn’t available during the class time. Lego Packet Pick up will be held on Thursday, July 16 at Delta State University. If unable to pick up during that time, I will schedule a private pick up at a later date before July 20.
