3 – Move-in for Football Student Athletes is from 9 am to 2 pm at your assigned residence hall.
5 – Move-in for Hall Directors is from 9 am to 2 pm at your assigned residence hall.
7 – Move-in for Returning Sorority Members living in the halls to assist with PNM Week.
11 – Move-in for Cheerleading and Marching Band is from 9 am to 2 pm at the Office of University Services, 204 H.L. Nowell Union.
12 – Move-in for students participating in Panhellenic New Member Recruitment is from 9 am to 2 pm aat the Office of University Services, 204 H.L. Nowell Union. You will be assigned a temporary room for recruitment week. Please bring only essentials for Recruitment Week. Once you accept your bid later in the week, you will be assigned your permanent room and can move to that room on August 17 with all your belongings.
Move-in for Student Government Association and Residential Assistants is from 9 am to 2 pm at the Office of University Services, 204 H.L. Nowell Union, as well.
13 – Move-in for Okratation Pioneers & Delta Proud Youth Initiative Fellows is from 9 am to 2 pm at the Office of University Services, 204 H.L. Nowell Union.
14 – Move-in for Cross Country, Men’s Soccer, & Women’s Soccer Student Athletes is from 9 am to 2 pm at the Office of University Services, 204 H.L. Nowell Union.
17 – Move-in for all other students is from 9 am to 2 pm at your assigned residence hall. | Meal plans begin. | Mandatory hall meetings will occur at 9 pm.
November 2024
21 – Students needing to stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday need to register with the Office of University Services by 5 pm.
23 – All residence halls close at Noon for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
December 2024
1 – Students may return to the halls at Noon from the Thanksgiving Holiday.
6 – 24-hr. Quiet Hours begins at 5 pm through the conclusion of final exams.
11 – Students needing to stay over the Break between Fall & Spring semesters need to register with their Hall Director by 5 pm.
13 – All non-approved residents must turn in room keys and vacate the building by 5 pm.
January 2025
15 – Move-in for all students is from 9 am to 2 pm at your assigned residence hall. | Meal plans begin.
March 2025
6 – Students needing to stay over Spring Break need to register with the Office of University Services by 5 pm.
8 – All residence halls close at Noon for Spring Break.
16 – Students may return to the halls at Noon from Spring Break.
May 2025
2 – 24-hr. Quiet Hours begins at 5 pm through the conclusion of final exams.
9 – All non-Summer Term residents must turn in room keys and vacate the building by 5 pm.
