The University’s history is organized into a series of record groups which best reflect the administrative, academic and social arrangement of the University. Take time to review the organizational charts provided to get a sense of the organizational changes that have taken place over time. The current record group arrangement follows the organizational chart adopted in 2009. These charts are extremely helpful in leading the researcher to a general series of records to begin their search. Given that change has been a part of the almost 100 years of Delta State’s history, some record groups are reserved from online access as they are either scheduled for re-inventory or are physically moving from one location to another within the vault.
