Campus Announcement

Dear Colleagues:

Please join me in congratulating Mr. Rick Munroe, Vice President for University Advancement and External Relations, on being named Vice President for University Advancement at Valdosta State University. We appreciate Rick’s five years of service to Delta State and wish him all the best in his new role. During his time at Delta State, he not only helped raise funds in anticipation of the Centennial Campaign, but he also put into place systems and practices that have made both development and alumni relations operations more professional and efficient.

During the next few months, we will work to fill the vacancy with the goal of having the role filled by early 2024. Until the position is filled, Mr. David Gladden, Chief Financial Officer in the University Advancement office, will serve as Interim Vice President for University Advancement.
