Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This is an 8 week program for students, faculty or staff in How to incorporate Mindfulness for reducing Stress. 20 minutes of instruction followed by 15 minutes of practice. Primarily for beginners but also open to the more experienced. No cost to participate!
