FIRST TUESDAY PRESENTATION

Delta State University’s Art Department and the Delta Music Institute will present on a First Tuesday program presented by Malcolm White on Tuesday, December 6 from 12:10-1:00 p.m. in the Baioni Center on the Campus of Delta State University.

Malcolm White is the Executive Director of the Mississippi Arts Commission and will be speaking on the Creative Economy initiative for Mississippi tourism development. There is a full length Creative Workshop presentation scheduled for Wednesday morning in Cleveland.

Those attending may bring a brown bag lunch. Coffee will be provided. 

First Tuesday is sponsored by the Art Department & the First Tuesday Committee. Scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month during Fall & Spring semesters from 12:10-1:00 PM.  First Tuesday features lectures, readings, and presentations representing diverse perspectives in the arts and humanities.   The First Tuesday Programs are  free and open to the public.
