Vax it to Win it!
Current students and employees at Delta State University who submit proof of their COVID-19 vaccination will be automatically entered into a drawing for various prizes, including grand prizes of $1000 cash (employees) and Spring 2021 tuition waiver (students).
Students and employees who received a partial or full COVID-19 vaccination at any approved location (on or off-campus) are eligible to participate.
To enter, submit your vaccination record before 12 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, using the link below. If you have submitted your proof of vaccination prior to the contest’s start date, you do not need to resubmit to be considered.
Both students and employee contest submissions are managed through a secure portal and submissions will only be used for the purposes of the contest.
Delta State University highly encourages all members of the Delta State community to get a COVID-19 vaccination. For more information on getting the vaccine, please visit the O.W. Reily Health Center here on campus.
The COVID-19 vaccination is free for everyone! COVID-19 vaccines are also available at many local drug stores and pharmacies. For a list of vaccination sites in Mississippi, click HERE. For a complete listing of locations, visit www.vaccines.gov.
Guidelines
To be eligible, students and employees must submit proof of their COVID-19 vaccination.
Accepted records include:
- The official Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) vaccination card received at the vaccination site.
- A state vaccination record from outside of Mississippi

Contest Rules
The contest will officially begin at 12 p.m. CST on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021 and will end at 12 p.m. CST on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021. Drawings will be held at 12 p.m. noon each weekday from Sept. 2 to Sept. 30. Only entries received prior to the drawing will be considered.
