The Delta State University Department of Music will present saxophonist Jackson Moore in his Bachelor of Music Education (BME) Senior Recital at 1:40 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, in the Recital Hall of the Bologna Performing Arts Center.
The recital is free and open to the public. The event will also be live-streamed on the DSU Department of Music Facebook page.
Jackson, a senior Instrumental Music Education major from Southaven, Miss., has been involved in the wind ensemble, symphonic band, marching band, pep band, jazz band, saxophone quartet and world percussion.
He will perform selections by Fisher Tull, Mable Bailey, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Paul Creston.
Moore is from the studio of Dr. Bret Pimentel.
