What does this award mean to you? I am honored to receive this recognition. There are so many wonderful staff members at DSU; to be recognized in this way affirms that I am at the right place. I love my job, I love the DSU family, and I am privileged to work with DSU students daily and witness their triumphs and success.
What do you like best about your job? I love when students learn. It’s great when students are successful, but I really enjoy helping students learn and become better.
What do you like best about Delta State? What I love most about DSU now is the same thing I loved about DSU as an undergraduate student—DSU is a family!
What do you like best about living in the Mississippi Delta? I love the people of the MS Delta; the hospitality, kindness, and community are unmatched.
