Delta State University will fly its flags at half-staff from Feb. 8 until sunset on Feb. 9, 2019, to honor former U.S. Representative John Dingell of Michigan, the longest-serving Congress member in American history, per presidential proclamation. Dingell, 92, died on Feb. 7.
