Talbot Brooks, director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Geospatial Information Technologies at Delta State University, will kick off this year’s Café Scientifique, the College of Arts and Sciences’ monthly luncheon lecture series, on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from noon to 1 PM in the GIT Center, Kethley Hall, room 150. The title of his talk: “Integrating Social Science with the Physics of Disaster.”
