The Delta State University flag will be lowered to half-staff, and the West Carillon bells at Lena Roberts Sillers Chapel will chime three times at 10:15 a.m. this morning in memory of Dr. Ethan Schmidt, former Assistant Professor of History and Director of the First Year Seminar program at Delta State.
