CLEVELAND, Miss.— Pursuant to a proclamation issued by Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves, on Dec. 19, flags are ordered to be flown at half-staff on the date of interment for former Coach Michael Charles “Mike” Leach of Mississippi. The date of internment has now been set by the family, therefore Delta State University will fly its flags at half-staff on Tuesday, Dec. 20.
