The Delta State University Department of Music will present Zachary Cooke in his senior voice recital Feb. 1 at 1:40pm in the Recital Hall of the Bologna Performing Arts Center. The recital is free and open to the public.
Cooke, a senior voice choral education major from Bronx, New York, is the son of George and Ined Cooke. He studies with
Dr. Jamie Dahman, assistant professor of music at Delta State . Since entering Delta State in 2016, he has been involved with DSU Chorale and DSU Singers. Cooke is a Maggie Ewing and Phi Theta Kappa scholarship recipient.
Cooke will be performing compositions by Mozart, Cornelius, Fauré, Hundley and more.
