The Faculty Leadership Program recognizes the importance of faculty leadership at Delta State. In exchange for $500 in faculty-development funds, the Faculty Leadership Program offers an opportunity for selected faculty to learn more about the institution in ways that can enhance personal and institutional success. Accepted applicants meet from 2-5 p.m. on the first Friday of each month during the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2019-2020 academic year. Additional responsibilities include completing monthly assignments that average one hour’s worth of work and developing a group project that has the potential to bring about institutional changes.
