CLEVELAND, Miss.— Mississippi’s new state flag will soon the join the trio of flags waving in the Quadrangle on the campus of Delta State University.
Delta State will formally raise the flag for the first time during a special ceremony slated for noon Wednesday, Feb. 10.
Sponsored by the Office of Student Affairs, the ceremony will take place at the Flag Plaza located at the north-end of the Quadrangle on DSU’s campus.
The DSU community and the general public are encouraged to attend this historic occasion. DSU COVID-19 protocols, including wearing a face covering and practicing social distancing, will be enforced during the event.
