The National Association of Postmasters of the United States recently held its Southern officer’s conference in Tunica.
Mandi Heslep Whitten, postmaster of the Boyle office, was the conference organizer, and Dr. Luther Brown of the Delta State University Delta Center for Culture and Learning, gave a keynote presentation on the heritage of the Mississippi Delta and its role in American history.
