Dr. Cam McMillan, assistant professor of Family and Consumer Sciences at Delta State University, will prepare a holiday brunch during a lunch and learn program, that will not only inspire your taste buds, but will give you a menu of ideas to use during your holiday entertaining.
The lunch and learn program is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 13, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in the Ada Swindle Food Lab located on the first floor of Ewing Hallon the campus.
Participants will enjoy a menu that includes frittata-crustless quiche, sausage pinwheels, tricolored grape salad with walnuts, parmesan buttered tea biscuits, edible Christmas wreath and virgin Bellini and Mimosa drink.
Cost is $15 per person and $25 for two.
