Delta State’s Small Business Center to offer free workshops

Delta State University’s Small Business Development Center which assists small business owners with their start-up and expansion needs will offer free small business workshops in the Delta area during the month of October.

 
Registration is required for all the workshops
 
First Steps/Small Business Primer – Ruleville This workshop will assist you with the steps necessary to start your own business. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, Oct.6, from 2 – 3:30 p.m., Ruleville Library, 128 South Ruby Avenue in Ruleville.
 
First Steps/Small Business Primer – Greenville –This workshop will assist you with the steps necessary to start your own business. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, Oct.21, from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. at the Greenville Higher Education Center, 2900 Hwy 1 South #A in Greenville.    

Improving Your Credit – Shaw -This workshop offers a variety of personalized services to help you gain control of your finances.  The workshop will be held on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. – 12 noon at Parker Chapel in Shaw. 
    
First Steps/Small Business Primer – Indianola This workshop will assist you with the steps necessary to start your own business. The workshop will be held on Monday, Oct. 26, from 2 – 3:30 p.m. at the Sunflower County Library, 201 Cypress Drive in Indianola. 
 
How to Resolve Conflict and Overcome Changes in Your Small Business – BelzoniThe workshop will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 1:30 – 3 p.m. at the Guaranty Bank Conference Center in Belzoni.
