Each summer the Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University hosts Robertson Scholars, who are recipients of elite scholarships at either Duke University or the University of North Carolina.
The scholars engage in service activities in the Delta and participate in various heritage tours. This year’s contingent recently visited the Delta Blues Museum in Clarksdale, accompanied by Lee Aylward of the Delta Center.
