The Cleveland Board of Aldermen and the Bolivar County Board of Supervisors recently voted to contribute financial support to the Veteran’s Atrium in Jobe Hall at Delta State University. Each of the governmental bodies contributed $2,500 for the project.

Pete Roncali represented the county Board of Supervisors, and Willard Samuels represented the Cleveland Board of Aldermen in the presentation of the contribution held on Monday, March 2.

Dr. James Robinson is credited with the establishment of the atrium as a place where the names of university and community veterans will be sited.
