Margaret Kelly (left), accounting specialist at Delta State University was presented the H.L. Nowell Outstanding Staff Award, and Dr. Lynn Varner, Assistant Professor of Curriculum and Instruction, was presented the S.E. Kossman Outstanding Faculty Award during the Delta State University Commencement May 14, at Walter Sillers Coliseum.
