The Contactless Curbside Pickup Process

How does curbside pickup work?

Complete the online form on this page.  Note:  You must use your official DSU email or Okramail account to complete your request.

A staff member from the Circulation Department will email you once your order is ready, normally within 1-2 hours during service time.

Confirm your order via email with a pickup date and time.

Upon arrival, call the Circulation Department at (662) 846-4430 and give your name and a description of your vehicle.  If you do not have a vehicle, give a description of your clothes.

A staff member will bring your items outside.  Please wait on the signal to get your materials. Stay at a least six feet away from the staff member.

Grab your bag and go.  Enjoy!

What materials can I get through curbside pickup?

Books, videos, Ellison dies, and interlibrary loans.

How can I return materials if the library is closed to the public?

Return materials using the outside drop box located at the library’s main entrance to the east of the front doors.

What if I do not have a vehicle, can I use curbside pickup?

Yes, pedestrians are welcome too.  Call us when you are outside of the building and stay at a socially safe distance from the staff member.

How do I order Ellison dies from the Instructional Resources Center?

After using the order form on this page to make your request, a staff member from the IRC will contact you.  They will explain the process of delivering paper to the library as you are responsible for providing enough paper to make the Ellison dies. See our guide for more details.
