DMI Student Booking and Reservations

Studio and Rehearsal Room reservations require 48 hours advance booking.

To book a studio, you should have either passed the Proficiency Exam for that studio OR be working with another student who has passed the appropriate Proficiency Exam.

Studio Policies

Students reserving studios are responsible for the security of the space and all related departmental equipment. Do not leave the studio or rehearsal room until a DMI Studio Manager has completed your checkout.

Studio walk-in hours are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday for studios not in use by faculty, staff, classes, or outside client sessions. Students must pass the proficiency exam in the selected studio space to use walk-in hours.

  • NO food or drink in rehearsal space/studios except bottled water with a screw on cap.
  • Delta State is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on university property.
  • Failure to observe these policies will result in loss of opportunity to reserve DMI rehearsal space/studios for a prescribed period of time
