Conflicting Exam Times:

Final examination schedules are created around common class schedules and course loads using standardized class meeting times.  It is possible that some students may have two classes scheduled for exams at the same time.  In such instances, students should provide documentation (the exam schedule and the student’s class schedule) two weeks prior to final exam week to both class instructors who will make alternate arrangements for the student’s examinations.

Three Exams on Same Day:

Final examination schedules are intended to allow students to give ample attention to doing their best work on each exam.  It is possible that some students may have more than two classes (including night classes) scheduled for exams on the same day.  In such instances, students should provide documentation (the exam schedule and the student’s class schedule) two weeks prior to exam week to all class instructors who will make alternate arrangements for the student’s examinations.
