The Union Program Council (UPC) is a student-led organization that plans and leads campus programs and events. Any Delta State University student interested in serving on the UPC needs to complete an application by Thursday, April 27th at 5:00 p.m.
Applications will be reviewed and selections will be made on Friday, April 28th.
