Delta State’s College of Education host annual leadership celebration

The College of Education’s Division of Teacher Education, Leadership & Research at Delta State University, recently hosted their annual leadership celebration on Thursday, April 7, in the Jacob Conference Center in Ewing Hall on the campus.

The annual event recognizes and honors past Educational Leadership Cohort program graduates. This year’s keynote speaker was Dr. Bettye H. Neely, president of the Board of Trustees of the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning. Candidates of Educational Leadership Cohort XIII represent various school districts from across the Mississippi Delta and will complete the 14-month program for aspiring school leaders in July.
