Joseph Pittman and Emily Hearn ( at right) were recently elected Senior Class Favorites by the students of Delta State University in elections sponsored by the Student Government Association.
Pittman is a senior, accounting major of Oxford. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Order, Student Alumni Association, Union Program Council, Student Accountants and Business Administrators, and Student Senate. His honors include Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and Intramural Football Champions. He is the son of Carla Kyle and James Pittman.
Hearn is a senior international business major of Millington, Tenn. She is president of the Student Government Association, a member of the Delta State softball team, Tri Delta sorority, Orientation Leader, Student Athletic Advisory Council, Resident Assistant, and Union Program Council. Her honors and awards include Omicron Delta Kappa, Delta Mu Delta Sigma, Delta Pi, President’s List, Honors College, Tri Delta Model New Member, and Panhellenic Model New Member. She is the daughter of Ricky and Beth Hearn.
