The Statesman’s Shelf Food Pantry is now taking orders online. The Statesman’s Shelf Food Pantry provides non-perishable food and liquids, along with disposable dinnerware, to any member of the Delta State community who wishes to partake. Whether living on campus or off campus, members of the community can request items from The Statesman’s Shelf. There is no requirement of need to participate in the program and all transactions are confidential. The Statesman’s Shelf Food Pantry will post walk-in hours for the pantry in the OkraBytes email when applicable. There are no weekend pick-ups.
In an effort to keep our Statesmen aware of offerings in the Shelf, we have provided this inventory list for you to see what is available in The Statesman’s Shelf currently for you to choose from in your grocery list. Please note that some items may be unavailable at the time of your request due to orders ahead of yours.
In order to complete this form, you must have completed a Stateman’s Shelf Application before completing a grocery list. Once your grocery list is received, the staff will prepare your list for pick up. Once ready, you will be texted to schedule a pick-up of your grocery items. Please allow 48 hours for processing and we are only processing on weekdays the University is open.
