The Delta State Post Office provides on-campus postal services by following U.S. Post Office regulations and Delta State Policies and Procedures to meet the needs of the University community.
There is a full service Copy Center located in the Union, offering black and white and full color copying and printing.
Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM
* Closed on holidays. Boxes are accessible 24/7. Interim and Holiday Hours will be posted at the Post Office as needed.
All residence hall students have mailbox rent included in their room cost. However, a $25 key deposit is required by visiting the post office located in the H.L. Nowell Union. Commuter students and those who live in family housing may reserve a campus box for a yearly fee of $40 or $20 for 6 months plus a $25 key deposit to be paid at the post office.
Box holders are required to return their key and provide a forwarding address to the post office when leaving the University for any reason or their key deposit will be forfeited.
Daily mail service is available during the posted office hours.
