Remembering Chandler Pipkin #FOREVER 20

This is a day of remembrance of Chandler Pipkin, who was student at Delta State from 2017-2018. She passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2018 in Cleveland, MS. This event will be celebrating the one year anniversary of her death. We will be doing a balloon release in her memory; approximately 300 balloons. Family, friends, and students will be gathering for this event.
