Provost prepares recommendations (click for addn’t info)

APRIL1 – After receiving clearance from the university tenure and promotion committee, the provost prepares tenure/promotion recommendations on candidates and forwards his/her tenure/promotion recommendations in writing, accompanied by the portfolio and the recommendations of the department/division tenure committee, department/division chair, and dean, to the President. Any unresolved policy compliance problems identified by the university tenure and promotion committee are also to be cited by provost in writing to President. Copy of the Provost’s recommendation is sent to the respective candidate, department/division tenure committee, department/division head, and dean.
