Constitution Day Lecture: “The Fourteenth Amendment: Who is a Citizen?”

| Every year, the Madison Center and The Division of Social Sciences and History host events in honor of Constitution Day. This year’s lecture will be given by Professor Emeritus of Political Science, Dr. Garry Jennings. His lecture will be titled “The Fourteenth Amendment: Who is a Citizen?” and is open to all faculty, staff, and community members.
