Committee submits written recommendations (click for addn’t info)

FEBRUARY 1 – Department/division tenure/promotion committee submits a written tenure/promotion recommendation for each candidate and forwards it along with the portfolio to the department/division chair (portfolio and committee recommendation for chairs should be sent to the dean) with a copy of the written recommendation to the candidate.   For assistant professor candidates being nominated for tenure there should be a clear indication as to whether promotion is also being requested.
