Breast Cancer Balloon Release

This is an event to release balloons and celebrate the lives lost from Breast Cancer, those who survived, and those who are still living with Breast Cancer today. It is a small ceremony for people to come out and pay their respect to those brave fighters who have been affected by Breast Cancer.
