The Delta State University Department of Music will present Joseph Campbell in his senior Capstone recital at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2020, in the Recital Hall of the Bologna Performing Arts Center.
Campbell’s recital will feature solo piano works by Bach, Prokofiev, and Mozart.
Physical attendance is closed to the public, but the recital will be streamed live on the department’s Facebook page (A Facebook account is not required to view the stream).
Since attending Delta State University in 2017, Campbell has participated in many ensembles including the DSU Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Low Brass Ensemble, World Percussion and the Delta State Chorale.
During the Spring 2020 semester, he competed in the Junior/Senior Piano Division of the Mississippi Music Teachers Association Collegiate Competitions and received Honorable Mention.
Campbell has been under the instruction of Dr. Jung-Won Shin for piano.
