Join us at the Wiley Planetarium to celebrate Earth Day! We’ll begin the evening with a live tour of our mid-spring sky, take a look at real-time data of our Earth’s weather and geological activity, and end the evening with the stunning planetarium film Birth of Planet Earth<\/em>.<\/p>\n Birth of Planet Earth<\/em> tells the tale of our planet\u2019s origins. Scientists now believe that our galaxy is filled with solar systems, including up to a billion planets roughly the size of our own. The film employs advanced, data-driven, cinematic-quality visualizations to explore some of the greatest questions in science today: How did Earth become a living planet in the wake of our solar system\u2019s violent birth?
