Sarama & Semira Brown, twin sisters from Horn Lake, finished in the Top 10 with a 9th place finish in Sales Presentation. This was the first time the sisters have participated in FBLA Collegiate.<\/p>\n

Each member of the DSU delegation competed against hundreds of students across the nation in various events designed to showcase the student\u2019s business skills. Dr. Tomeka Harbin, Interim Dean of the College of Business and Aviation said, \u201cI am extremely proud of these students and, as always, they represented Delta State University well!\u201d<\/p>\n

According to their website, Future Business Leaders of America, Inc. (FBLA) is the largest business career and technical student organization in the world. Each year, FBLA helps over 230,000 members prepare for careers in business. FBLA prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.<\/p>\n
