Founded in 1962, NACUBO is a nonprofit professional organization representing chief administrative and financial officers at more than 1,700 colleges and universities across the country.<\/p>\n

The immersive leadership development program trains higher education professionals who are seeking a chief business officer (CBO) role.<\/p>\n

Davis said, \u201cI am beyond thrilled and honored to embark on an exhilarating journey as a participant in the prestigious 2023-24 NACUBO Fellows Program. This remarkable opportunity fills me with a sense of excitement, as I eagerly anticipate the profound growth, invaluable connections, and transformative experiences that lie ahead. As a NACUBO Fellow, I am poised to make a lasting impact, enriching both my professional trajectory and the institution I serve.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over the next year, NACUBO Fellows will work with higher education presidents, provosts, CBOs, and other experts as they expand their management, communications, and leadership skills and strengthen the core competencies needed to succeed as senior leaders.<\/p>\n

The NACUBO Fellows Program launched in 2016, and many graduates now hold senior leadership roles.<\/p>\n
