According to their website, \u201cMilitary Friendly\u00ae is the standard that measures an organization\u2019s commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful opportunities for the military community.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

DSU Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Andy Novobilski said, \u201cDelta State is pleased to provide those who have served our country honorably with an environment that welcomes them as the leaders they are. Their experience and commitment to excellence strengthens the community at large and we are fortunate to have them at Delta State.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The data evaluated to determine Military Friendly\u00ae designations and awards are sourced from public data sources, proprietary data from surveys of employers and educators, and personal data from surveys of veterans themselves. The Military Friendly\u00ae Advisory Council then gives guidance, including diverse perspectives on methodology.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
