Following the June 1 cabinet meeting, the DSU residency policy was updated to include language clarifying that all undergraduate students under the age of 21 are required to live on campus until they earn 60 credit hours<\/u>, with some exceptions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition, the cabinet approved the expansion of family & apartment housing availability to include non-traditional undergraduate students and single\/non-married graduate students.<\/p>\n

Part-time\/special student housing is now also available during the summer at a weekly rate.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited about these policy updates and the opportunities they afford our students,\u201d said Julie Jackson, director of Housing & Residence Life at DSU. \u201cWe are still accepting residence hall and family\/apartment housing applications for fall 2021, and we encourage all qualified students who are interested to apply.<\/p>\n
