On Wednesday, Feb. 12, Career Services will host its semiannual Young Professional\u2019s Conference. Once each semester, the Office of Career Services provides a learning experience geared toward filling common skills gaps among students. This semester, the theme of the Young Professional\u2019s Conference is networking. It will feature a keynote address by 2018 finalist for the Mississippi Business Journal<\/em>\u2019s Business Woman of the Year Award and business networking professional, Zetella Gooch.<\/p>\n

The conference will also include the annual Passport to Success program co-sponsored by the DSU National Alumni Association. Students will be setup on essential digital networking platforms like Statesmen Connect and LinkedIn\u2122.<\/p>\n

Event registration can be found at www.deltastate.edu\/YPC<\/a>. Registration closes on Feb. 10 and is open to all students (Delta State University, nearby colleges and universities, and high schools) free of charge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
