The Cleveland, Mississippi, public university also manages to keep tuition affordable with average undergraduate and graduate student tuition and fees that run just around $3,700 a semester.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Assessment factors include tuition, financial aid, admittance rates, educational support and resources, retention rates, graduation rates, student-faculty ratio, career resources, and job placement.
