\u201cStudents interested in a master\u2019s in elementary education online degree will be happy with the offering from Delta State University,\u201d declares Grad School Hub, a website resource for online graduate schools offering fully accredited degrees. Delta State ranked ninth from 90 schools curated.

\u201cWe make a concerted effort to keep costs down as one way of being mindful of our students,\u201d said Dr. Leslie Griffin, dean of the College of Education and Human Sciences. \u201cIn addition to citing affordability, candidates overwhelmingly report that the individualized support and advisement they receive throughout the program is key to their progress to degree completion.\u201d<\/p>\n
The enrollees, who are working teachers, come from schools across Mississippi plus other states throughout the Midwest and South. The program also provides them with an invaluable online community, added Dr. Corlis Snow, program coordinator, one that balances evidence-based course content and practical learning experiences to help teachers improve achievement in their classrooms, wherever they may be.<\/p>\n
