According to Michael Minor, Senior Community Affairs Specialist of the Memphis Branch, this event will draw national attention to the Delta and the community development industry. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Staff members in the Community Affairs department at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis are scheduling activities in the Bank&rsquo;s Eighth District, which includes all of Arkansas and portions of Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Indiana and Kentucky. &nbsp;Featured speakers, resource fairs and workshops will highlight innovations in community development issues, such as housing finance, entrepreneurship, tourism and early childhood development.. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Delta State University&rsquo;s (DSU) Center for Community and Economic Development, College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, Delta Regional Development and Congressman Bennie Thompson&rsquo;s Office have partnered with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis-Memphis Branch to host a kick-off forum on April 14<sup>th<\/sup>. &nbsp;The event will be held in the H.L.
