John Stoker, Training and Development manager for Sysco Brands, hosted the Delta State students.<\/p>\n<p>A tour of the warehouse, which ships 30,000-40,000 cases daily, allowed students to learn about the industry\u00a0behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<p>Stoker discussed computer trends, inventory, food safety, temperature monitoring and changes in the food industry.
