Dr. Roland Herts (right), director of the Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University, was a recent panelist at Mississippi Action for Community Education\u2019s 10th annual Delta Dialog in Greenville, preceding the 37th annual Mississippi Delta Blues Festival.<\/p>\n
Herts provided\u00a0an overview of the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area, as well as current work going on in the Delta Center. Joining Herts was\u00a0Chester Smith (left), moderator for the panel, and Zack Holifield, international travel trade program manager for Visit Mississippi.<\/p>\n
